The difference is:
1 still-born death relates to the death of the fetus during 20 - 28 weeks of pregnancy. The result of this is that the child is born without any signs of life; whereas, child born deceased refers to a child who passes during labour, the technical difference between the two is that child born deceased is an inadequate term to refer to the death of a fetus, so the term still-born death is used.
SUMMARY:
Child born deceased is when the child dies during birth; whereas,
Still-born death is the death of a fetus during 20 - 28 weeks of pregnancy
--> the the difference is the death of a fetus resulting in no sign of life at birth (still-born death) and death of a child during labour (child born deceased).
