When an Executor has not taken his legal responsibilities seriously and is unwilling to adhere to the Law in all areas of the Executors role and if he treats with disregard their role as an Executor and are unwilling to work together with the only other Executor to ensure that the last wishes of the Testator are fulfilled, what is the position of the remaining Executor of an Estate and how can the remaining Executor act in accordance with the Law on Wills, Estates and Probate. For this matter, Probate had already been given early 2017. Thank you, Kaina.
