Thankyou so much for u opinion.a bit more info. -asset pool just around 800k( including super), me 40y ex 50y old, Ex unemployed for long time so no child support or anything ( I will continue to be the bread winner and care for the children) plus ex doesn’t want to do a parenting plan ( which I would like one)ex offering to see children when he can some times .( sometimes can be ones a week ones a year ones ever). Bit of unfair here.should I settle for 60/40 ( ex said 60/40 maybe ok ) or go to mediation, court ect.thankyou all for u time.
