Hi,
Hoping someone can help me with this.
The other party has arranged, via their legal representation, an urgent mention in the Federal Circuit Court to clarify one of the interim consent orders. The other party's legal representation is now seeking to have the applicant excused from attending in person at that urgent hearing.
If the court hasn't granted this and the party doesn't appear in person, but their counsel and lawyer attends, what is likely to happen and where do I stand in terms of should the hearing continue or not?
What are my family law rights?
Thanks in advance.
