Hi

I am self representing and have a directions hearing on Monday.

Will I be expected to speak?

If so do I repeat the orders sought with a 25 words or less explanation of why.

If the other party does not appear sometimes he does sometimes not

Can I ask for court orders to be set as I originally applied for ?

Thanks

Thanks

Basically the other party has proven the case with various breaches of ALL court orders to date

However the thorny question of access remains he won't agree to anything in advance or within the child's current capabilities she is disabled nor will he speak to me so everything is a mess and stressful with lots of noise

Child has lived with me for 3 years full time as he kicked her out.
