Hi
I'm new to this, my son has a daughter 20 months old and he is taking his ex to court so he can see his daughter on weekends. She has moved and we don't know where they are living. Will the court order centrelink to track her down so we can serve her papers?

The Court can make a location order to have government departments disclose what they know of the other party's whereabouts, if it needs to. Usually this occurs where all other avenues have been exhausted, but to answer your question, yes, it can make such an order.
