On 2 separate occasions, an owner of a shop said he would not employ me due to my Mental Illness. The first time he used that exact sentence, the second time I recorded him and he stated I was unstable. My Mental Illness does not affect my ability to work and carry out tasks in his shop.
He has asked me to do research for his business unpaid (to help it become successful).

Is my recording admissible if I contact Fair Work?

Possibly.
