Hi all,

I applied for an Misconduct Restraining Order against my neighbour to the court on 1/12/17, due to a number of stuff ups with the summons not being served, police not notifying court, etc., that it had been my hearing isn't until Oct this year.

He's piped up again with some idiotic yelling over the fence and having reviewed the VRO fact sheet from the court, I decided to apply to get this taken out against him. I failed at having one granted at an ex parte hearing. We are both to attend court on 30/7.

He is an incredibly deceptive liar and scumbag in general (sociopath), I want nothing to do with him. I have received threats of violence, attempted property damage, online stalking, bombarded with text messages etc.

I have a heap of evidence.

Question is, should I get a lawyer or would be copies of text messages, emails, story and timeline of issues be enough?
