I worked for a restaurant and I hadn't been paid for about 9 months there. So later I complained to fairworks ombudsman about my situation. They did start the investigation and finalized that I had to be paid about 12000 AUD; the investigation and decision was turning out to my favor but suddenly the restaurant shut down. Now fairworks ombudsman says that there is nothing they can do now. Is there anyway lawyer or any organization can help me with my issue?
