I have been dismissed for serious misconduct for theft allegations. I had in my possession an item that a fellow employee had told management I took with out permission I told him I'll be back with it. That I only need it for a short time.
I did not leave the premises with the item but have been dismissed as the fellow employee has denied me saying I'll be back with it. Is this fair or not
