I bought a raffle ticket in 2011 and won the first prize which is a flight to Europe with the Historical Aircraft Restoration Society (HARS). When I tried to claim my prize, they will say something like "aircraft is in maintenance", "we are fully booked out"... and since then I have been unable to claim my prize..

What can I do under Australian Consumer Law?

Is there any kind of Gov't permit for this raffle?

Contact the State Gov't department that deals with raffles and see how you go.
