UK Law Degree - Admission in Australia?

Hello,

I know this is a forum for law questions but I need your help, and I don't know where else to go.

My brother who lives in Pakistan just completed an LLB (hons) degree form the University of London International Programmes with an IELTS score of 6.5.

I would like to know what steps will be required for him to obtain a practicing license and will visa be an issue?

Is your brother a graduate or has he actually been admitted to practice in the country? The application requirements will differ.

One thing that jumps out to me is that the IELTS score you mentioned doesn't seem high enough to meet that specific requirements.
