NSW Tresspassing law/police

I am after verification for a friend.
If a person enters her property when she is not home knocks and find no one is home.
Then proceads to search through her property looking through windows ect
in the process videoing this is what they had done.
can they be charged with tresspassing ect and should police act on this person

What business did that person have with the person at the house?

I ask because the same set of actions (and the same footage)
could be any of

• attending the premises for a legitimate purpose (such as delivering something); or
• a genuine concern for the welfare of the occupant
  (eg checking on an elderly resident living alone, who might be sick inside)
• trespass
• stalking or harassment

The reason the person went to the house was to confront the residents over the condition of an animal on the property.To harrass the residents But when they found no one home they went searching the property and looking through windows ect. Then after searching called RSPCA and Police but as I said had been through the entire property before making these calls

It is a friend she is renting a property with another friend.
The person who entered the property NC went through there sheds ect and recorded the fact she had entered the property to find no one home and had gone around the property spying looking through windows ect and posted the viedoes on a FB page
This Person NC is well known police for treepass theift of property poaching assault and many other things. She NC has posted on Fb pics of the 2 people who live on the property the address of the property ect and a number of videos ect. since this happend my friend has had a number of her animals stolen from the property that police are know looking for ect.

start thinking about stalking and harassment
