1. In case of sexual assault allegation, if denied by the other person, how much time is granted to press charges?
2. Can police arrest someone on basis of allegation?
3. Does an allegation reflect on passport at Immigration?
4. If no charges are pressed will the allegation be on a person's record?

Police may alert authorities to stop travel.
If not charged then no record.
