I own a bush block with a holiday home with two friends as tenants in common in equal shares. We have managed all issues amicably in the 30 years we have owned the property.

As we grow older, we are concerned about protecting our interests should one of us die and the share pass to someone who has different ideas - for example just wants to sell. I understand a co-tenancy agreement could bind us while we are alive.

Would the provisions of such an agreement made now bind anyone who inherit shares on the death of one of us?

No. You need to change your will so it reflects what you want to happen.
