Trying to get some answers for a friend that is not on the internet. He let a couple rent his house without a lease, Big mistake I know. They have been in the house for 2 months and havnt paid rent for the last 5 weeks, He has confronted them many times and nothing has come of it. They wont move out. He went to court today and they requested an adjournment for a month and was granted it. What steps can he take to get them out, The tenants have changed the locks on the main doors. But the owner still has keys for the security doors that they havnt changed the locks. Can he go and lock them out while they are not home. Can her remove their goods from the house and place them outside. Any help appreciated. Happy to supply more info if needed...

He can do none of the above and is already in court. Taking extra action while in that process is probably going to do more harm than good.
Thanks for the reply, I thought that might be the case, Looks like he will just have to continue with the action in court....
