Who knows how many judges will attend the Trial hearing on NSW Supreme Court Corporation List? Just one or multiple Judges to attend?

At a slightly educated guess, not being a litigator nor practising in NSW, I would say one.

Company Director use company bank account to pay a person called Lily wages, super and PAYG tax to pretending this person (Lily) worked in the company, then the director provided Lily’s payroll report and employment letter to the department of immigration on behalf of the company helping Lily apply for the permanent visa. But the fact is the person Lily never showed up and worked in the company and everything is just processed in the paperwork. In return, the person returns the money received from the company bank account back to director’s personal account. What’s allegation the director is facing by doing this? How and where can lodge the complaint about that wrongdoing of the director.

I can see following issues:
1. director breach his duty
2. company claimed wages expense not really happened and reduced the net profit to avoid income tax
3. company provide unture information to department of immigration
4. director divert fund from company account to his personal account
They are related to different jurisdictions such as ATO, ASIC, Criminal & Immigration fraud, which party is supposed to get reported for this?

All of them, they're all different aspects. ATO and ASIC are unlikely to be too interested - especially without concrete proof.
