Would it be possible for anyone to list out the steps to take from a self representing perspective following Relationships Australia mediation refusal to attend from by the ex.

The crucial thing at this point is that the mediator issue you with a section 60I certificate... non attendance by the other party is sufficient grounds for them to issue it, & in almost all cases you MUST have it to apply for court orders
