QLD Statute of Limitations on Superannuation action.

Could someone please tell me if there is a statute of limitations on initiating a civil action against a former employer for unpaid superannuation.

Hi Rob,
Thanks for getting back to me. I'll have a look at the ATO unpaid super page. If I'm outside the Statute of Limitations period then maybe that wont work for me and I'll have to swallow my unpaid super and put it down to experience, but I'll certainly have a look. Thanks again. Brad
