My sister -in -law posted on Facebook to her mother that I had molested my Grandson and killed my daughter, who died from a blot clots in the brain. I have just had the court give her a 5 year dvo. Can I sue her for what she said on Facebook. thanks

I cannot afford a solicitor as I am on a disability pension and just recently got out of hospital after having a stroke. Thank you for your advice.

    Sorry to hear that.

Defamation is not DIY, and as a rule doesn't pay out very much. You can send a letter demanding an apology and retraction.
