I have a 4-year-old brother who I have not seen since he was 10 months old due to separation with my father and his mother. I have tried to arrange visitation but never receive a message back. His mother was abusive before falling pregnant with him. What can I do in family court for visitation rights?

I'm 18, I don't live with my father and hardly see him due to his actions. My father says that he wants to see his son but has done nothing to see him

Is it a good idea to seek police reports that I filed against her at a young age?

That is something to ask at the community legal centre. It may not be relevant but without the whole history I'd not like to comment.
