Is the executor of will compelled to provide the details of the shares in the estate? i.e. 1st - when, where and the amount sold for; 2nd - any dividends paid to the estate during probate

Hi Mark,

The executor should prepare and provide statements for each of the beneficiaries. The statement should show a breakdown of the estate. The following from legal aid might give some more guidance: Duties of executors
