Hi All

Need some advice please.

I am truly deeply regret for shoplifting at Costco recently. Police was called and they advised will contact me to arrange for an interview. I'm very scared and worried as I'm afraid I will goto jail but my two yo daughter really needs me. The value is $180 and I was very cooperative when their staff there questioning me.

I made the same silly mistake about 10 years ago. Was found guilty but fortunately was made to donate and got out of it without criminal record.

Could someone please give me some advices about what I should do and what penalties will likely to happen. I am going back to see my doctor for my depression and anxiety problems which I had for long time now. I really cannot goto jail and hopefully I will be given a final chance for no criminal records......

Please help.
