We have been married for 9 months it was overseas so had lived two months i being here and girl being overseas, no child, or no assets together.
We started living together for past six months but and now my partner is moving overseas.We have been separate under same roof for more than a month now ( not sure how to document this ) and as my partner decision is to move back overseas to her own country.
1) can this separation period including separation under same roof count ( not sure how to document this )
2) If i moves in life in next 6 months and does not wants to get together. then can other person forcefully live with them if they come back. How to stop this.
3) when can i file for the divorce application
What i read from website is i can not file before 1 year separation and we need to attend counselling but in our case counselling and joint application can not happen as my partner will be overseas.
