My client is trying to sell a property he purchased 35 years ago. When he did so he then added his girlfriend onto the title. they then worked in different states for a while and lost contact with each of 30 years ago. We can not track down the co-owner and we are trying a detective to assist. Can he sell the property and what would be the required steps to do so?

Can he sell and place her share in a trust fund ?

Regards
Ivan

He needs to get a lawyer and initiate a title change through the court, think it is the Supreme Court but not sure..
