Is it just me or do I see an increasing number of issues with primary care giving parents not following court orders, and The non primary care giver if forced to either take things back to court or just put up with the crap. I was under the impression there were pretty hefty penalties for purposefully contravening court orders... it’s expensive enough to seek final orders, let alone go back later on the fight for what the orders are directing... thoughts?
