Hi Everyone,
I been searching the net but can't find an answer.
My claim has been accepted, but I have know quit due to on going bulling from the employer.
In my resignation I made it very clear that is was worsing my condition and my condition was the reason to quit.
My question is Do they need to pay me my notice period? They have a certificate of capicity for this time frame.
I know weekly payments stop etc. But just unsure about my 4 weeks notice. Thanks

Usually if you quit a job, then no - however, what is stipulated in your award?
Do you have a medical practitioner to verify your claim of worsening condition?

Regardless of above, you may well be able to bring a case of bullying, but i don't know what may come of it?
