The other party, via solicitor, is asking for information on our financial arrangements during the marriage, for example, what was this withdrawal for etc. It was during the marriage, how can i remember. Is there a polite way to respond to the solicitor that the withdrawal was related to the costs of the family. I have no problem with the disclosures needed under rule 24, and have given this over but needs updating.

Also, what is the process for complying with serving the required documentation on the other parties superannuation fund, to the trustee.
