My ex has brought a house about 90 km away and is moving the kids school, I haven't seen or signed or agreed to the school and she has said she is taking me off the paper work. There are no court papers in order is there anything I can do?
how long since separation? what sort of time are you having with the kids ATM?
Contact the school and inform them that you don't give consent for the kids to to enrol at that school and contact the ex and inform her you don't give consent to the move...
Contact relationships Australia and organise mediation if you have not done this within the last 12 months.... If you have apply to court asap... Better off doing that with a solicitor... but it might not be worth doing IF depending on the answers to the questions above.
90km? city or country? 90km in the country isn't all that much... Across a city it is 3 hours...
