Hi there, hoping someone can assist with what I hope is a fairly straight forward question

I'd like to start a business selling perfume samples.

So in very simple terms I'd be buying bottles of perfume from several different suppliers, then transferring samples of those perfumes into smaller 'atomisers' and selling them probably through an online store to give people an opportunity to sample before they commit to a full bottle

I know there are already existing sites that do this so I assume it's legal BUT I don't know if I have to obtain permission from the original designer to re-sell the product?

For e.g I buy a 100ml bottle of chanel from chemist warehouse, then transfer it into 50 x 2ml spray atomisers and sell them. Do I need permission from chanel to do this?

I plan to have several hundred brands to choose from and can't imagine you would need to get permission from all the designers

Hope that makes sense
