WA Property Settlement - Ex Stalling from Buying Me Out?

My ex husband and myself have been separated for two years now. We have come to an agreement that he is to buy me out of the family home. He is dragging this out and I'm needing to move out to get a rental in an area for a better school for the children. If I move out while my name is still on the house, how will this affect me ? Or is their a way to make him buy me out quicker ?

I feel like my life is still on hold while he can continue his without worry
