Have a relative that has gifted us white goods, purchased under an interest free deal. The appliances have been in place for 4 years. Said relative has had a conflict and is currently still paying for the appliances. They would like to enter our property and remove them. Can this be done under property law?

Does the relative admit that the white goods were a gift to you?

A gift is not reclaimable by the gifter, generally speaking.

Yes, they have been in place for 4 years and are in our building plans. The relative just wants to remove them from the property as they state they are in financial strife because they are still paying for them We had the white goods in storage a year prior installation.

My 2nd point still applies.
