    Laws on people taking photos without your permission and also following me ( stalking?) under criminal law.

    Assuming you want to know if there are such laws, then yes, the Crime (Domestic and Personal Violence) Act 2007 includes stalking as an offence.

    I agree with this post.
    I would add however that there is no general right not to be photographed.

    Why would somebody be following you?

    You have the right not to allow someone to collect your personal pictures Under Data Protection law
