My inlaws are having some parking issues.
Attached photo: In the photo you will see a black cross and an arrow pointing to their driveway which leads to their carport etc... On the right to the driveway you will see a truck. This is their land (they keep their trailer bins etc up there) however, my FIL is a truck driver and needs access to that piece of land to park his truck, however it is constantly getting blocked by neighbours cars. Do they have any rights here? They have told them countless times not to block that part however they dont seem to care... Are they able to put some sign up somewhere saying PRIVATE DRIVEWAY 24 HOUR ACCESS REQUIRED?
Theyre located in VIC, AUSTRALIA

Unlikely, doesn't look it is a council approved driveway.

Not sure on council rules about being granted a second access point to a residential property. Maybe a discrete call to the council to see what they say. If they do allow it a new crossover will be needed as the picture seems to show the truck crossing over a 'normal' footpath that is not designed to take the weight of trucks and the curb needs redoing.

Else put up a sign that is not enforceable and hope it works. Might however encourage neighbours to dob in the FIL.
