Hi Forum

My son received his first driving offence 10klm+
01 May 2017. 3 Demerits.
After offence he gained full time employment.
So we decided to appeal fine on the basis that he might be allowed to keep license for work, so we have a court date set for next month.

However,
Foolishly he has been fined again 10klm+ and no P plates. 30th June, Demerits 3 and 2.

So now I'm not sure the best way forward?
Does he go to court and not mention the second offence?

Should he pay second offence and start his suspension? Will this show up in court?

He fully admits to his fines, just trying to get the least suspension obviously?

Any Help would be appreciated.

Ben
