My partner and I are separating. 4 and half years ago she rescued a pup and brought her home. Since then I have paid for her food, paid her vet bills, trained her and now she works with me in my dogwalking and dog training business, she is also registered under my name for council registration but not microchipped to me.
Does this mean she has rights over the dog?

ok look. People spend thousands $$ fighting over kids. Do you really wanna do that for a dog?

IF she has the dog, then move on. IF it is with you sweet. But there is not a government agency that will help you pursue this.
