I bought a house using my parents house as equity. a few years later my mother passed away, my father remarried. My questions is: if my father passes away can his new wife force us to sell or move out? my Father's name is NOT on the loan, he is a guarantor.

The guarantee survives death. Do nothing that triggers the guarantee and you will be ok.

Your father may want to consider taking out guarantee insurance.
