Just need help.

The biological father lives in Western Australia and the biological mother (full time primary carer) lives in Nsw. The father has been given the option to have visitation whenever he would like and given full access to communication over the phone however it was his choice to move to Perth over 2 years ago.
He is now wanting to take the mother to court. How does it work when the parents live in separate states and where would the court process happen?

Wow. He isn't gonna get anywhere. Have u been served any court documents?
If yes- what does dad want?
If no- stress less. Dad is wasting his time

The father has been asked countless times for what he wants and the mother says she will agree but he still chooses not to say what he wants and seems to stubborn and immature. No court documents have been sent at all.
