We have been given a date for a Readiness Hearing, requiring trial documents to be filed 25 days before it. But we are not ready, as the report from Anglicare about supervised visits with the other parent will not be available in time. Can we ask for Readiness Hearing to be delayed, and how to go about that? Not sure whether to file a Form 2, or just a Minute...

May I suggest a call to court registry to inquire what forms may be needed to delay the hearing pending your reports being available... They can't give legal advice, but should be able to help answer that sort of query.. It's part of what they are there for, or supposed to be anyway
