Hi

I am looking for the legal term for the criminal activity currently happening in a non-profit I co-founded. This non profit receives sub-contract opportunities from the mining sector which are to be all allocated to local companies.

To date, all work has been placed with the CEO's own company. Additionally, royalties for regions salary funding had been awarded to this non-profit, however, the CEO has employed both her daughters and her boyfriend despite the fact they don't have the requisite skills.

Is there a legal term for this behaviour as well?

Many thanks in advance.

Conflict of Interest.

And misuse of director's duties if she is also a director.

Penalties can apply in both situations.
