SA No Asbestos Register for the Property - What Can I Do?

I am looking to buy a commercial property, but the current owner does not have an asbestos register and there is asbestos on site. What can I do?

Ok well are you able to be co-operative with the owner and they allow you to get a few quotes for professional removal? Otherwise I would not touch it.
