Hi, I was booked in 2 weeks prior to have NBN installed so had to take the afternoon off work as the time was between 1pm and 5pm and had to be there.
I got a conformation message the day before to confirm appointment and then on the day nbn didnt show up. I rang and was told there where to busy and could not get a technician there. No notification about it and I've lost money and then to get it connected I have to take another day off. Would I be entitled to compensation? Thanks
