a major mechanic biz was to give me quote to fix used car. They never gave proper quote, sent car to dodgy subcontractor who mangled gearbox and drive shaft and threw loose parts into engine, front floorboard & back boot. The Op mgr just called after months of this saga & blew me off. My ruined car is at another shop & that mechanic was disgusted by what they did. I now have to tow ruined car back home.
