There are 2 items outstanding in the final propert orders.
a) I have to payout the super to my ex
b) My ex is to return my gold jewellery with sentimental value that she is claiming she doesn't have (but in reality she is doesn't want to return it due to the financial value)
Am back in court self-representing for children's matter.
Since I am back in court, I want to make a new order stating that my jewellery has to be returned before the super is transferred (otherwise I will not see my jewellery ever). If this feasible and if so, how should the order be worded?
