Hi

Can someone please explain what the following email means:

"This matter has resolved on the basis that the decision be confirmed.

*** is drafting orders and costs have been agreed.

The Conference on *** can be vacated."

The matter was listed as an appeal to receiving workcover, this was sent by my pre-injury employers lawyer to the Employment Tribunal Commissioner days before the hearing. I understand that the hearing didn't proceed but unsure of the reasoning as stated here. Also unsure of what orders and costs are referred to?

Thanks

What decision was made and by whom?

Sounds like the other party is dropping the action/appeal against your workcover claim.

But double check with your lawyer.
