Hi, I live in WA and have heard about non-alcoholic beer, thought it was a cool idea for people who don't like getting drunk. I was at a 7-11 and saw some Carlton Zero in the fridge and thought it was odd that they would stock that in a shop that teenagers pass through every day.

So I was wondering that if beer has no-alcohol (or is under a certain percentage of alcohol content), can a minor purchase it?

yes - hence it not being on the shelves of a bottle shop. Ginger beer / Ginger Ale - all on the shelves of your local store true? Cascade is a brewing company that also make a range of non-alcoholic products but still use the name cascade - Apple cider is one such product. So minors can purchase all these 'beer, ale, cider' products
