Hi,

  • Can two companies of different nature use the same office address?
  • Does the lessee (a company who is currently occupying) need to obtain the permission of the lessor to let another company use the address of the premises for business purpose? There won't be any sublet or transfer of lease or rent paid by the new company that is intending to use the office address?
  • Will there be any legalities in letting other companies use the same address?
Thanks

I assume you’re meaning registered office.

Yes.
No.
None more than the usual. The new company needs the consent of the current occupant.
