My landlord is operating a Greengrocer in the same building where I am operating a cafe I currently have no wall separating our land. He is constantly burning incense in his store while I am suffering from asthma and have asthmatic attacks due to the burning, what can I do under property law?

You do have a legal cause of action against the landlord if you want to pursue that avenue. See a local solicitor and he can initially send a letter outlining the problem and asking him to stop.

Ok, thank you. I wasn't 100% sure if I had a leg to stand on or not.
