NSW Kids Removed by DOCS - Help?

My children have been removed from my care into DOCS' care until they're 18-year-old due to false allegations and misleading timeframes.

DOCS don't remove kids without an investigation and warranted findings that there is some reason to remove them.

I'd suggest speaking to a lawyer.

I think it is far too much of an assumption to say "Docs don't..."

There are bad apples in every business and Docs hold no exemptions from that rule.

But yes, in any event, the legal realm will require you to get a lawyer in order to keep their wheels turning. So if you wish to see your children again, get a lawyer and choose your lawyer carefully.
