Background - Dad bought a property in Victoria in 1985. He got a loan and mortgage. Mum and 2 other siblings were on title as joint tenants( as they were over 18 yo) . At the time I was under 18 yo and the bank could not deal with me contractually because I was a minor. All other owners agreed in writing that when I turned 18 I would come on title. To date I have not yet been put on title. Given 34 years have now passed do I have any right to be included on title? Is there a statute of limitations which would apply?

Hi,
There may be a limitations period, yes, but you could assert your right say by letter to the others and see if they take the limitation point, they may not and it is up to them if they take it. The period from what you have said, is probably 6 years as it would be a contract you would be enforcing.
